Return and refund
What is the return policy?
The return is the responsibility of the customer.
Products must not have been worn, damaged, soiled or washed and must be folded, wrapped and labelled.
I want a refund. How to do ?
In order to be validated by our logistics partner, the returned items must not have been worn or washed, they must still be labeled and with their original packaging (box, plastic bag, etc.) intact, otherwise they cannot be accepted and returned to you.
Any item that has been offered as part of a promotional operation must be returned in the event of an order refund or exchange. For any new order, the product offered will be returned to you.
Once your return has been received and accepted by our logistics partner, SEXED PARIS will reimburse you to the bank account used for payment.
I received a defective item. How to do ?
If you received a non-conforming item, send us an e-mail
(email@example.com). Please attach photos of the product and its defect, our team will get back to you as soon as possible!
An exchange or refund will be offered.
