Is it possible to modify or cancel my order?
We prepare your order as soon as it is validated, so we cannot make any changes.
Please note, however, that you can always cancel your order (by sending us an email to email@example.com) only up to 3 hours after your order.
After this time it will no longer be possible to change the delivery option, the delivery address or the method chosen for payment.
I canceled my order. When will I be reimbursed?
Depending on the payment method selected on the payment confirmation page, the time it takes for the refund amount to be back in your account may vary.
It usually takes up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
